Sheeter Knives
Within our range of sheeter knives, you will find blades that are perfect for paper cutting. Blades are available for 3-knife trimmers, and it is possible to fit knives that are suitable for cutting paper, standard card, and corrugated card. Manufactured with the precisely close tolerances, these knives will offer the best level of straightness and parallelism. They combine strength with high-speed for a cut that still remains consistently accurate.
Circular Knives
Circular perforation, slitting and edge trim wheels can be provided in a variety of sizes and tooth patterns. We are able to offer a bespoke service, to ensure that you obtain blades with the correct number of teeth needed to reproduce the perforation in the wheel that is appropriate for your machine. These blades are capable of dealing with the heaviest of paper stock, or the thickest of multipart set. It’s also possible to supply shear slit holders, scissor slit blades and bottom anvils. These can be fitted to the shaft by grub-screw or twist lock eccentric methods.
Creaser Knife
These kinds of blades can help you cut, crease, and fold paper by implementing a creasing rule that removes the risk of paper tearing and cracking. By using blunt tips, rather than the usual sharp tips we strive for with other knives, the pressure of the machine will allow you to produce a crease or a score, depending on your requirements. This can then be part of a process that leads to folding. All are vital components when it comes to printing press knives.
