We have one of the most comprehensive grinding capacities in Southern England which include the following:

We continue to increase our grinding facility have invested in a new Perfect Surface Grinder in January 2016 supplied by RK International. The machine has a 500mm x 1500mm magnetic Chuck for machining large components to very fine tolerances. We have received very positive feedback from the results of grinding numerous different material including Stainless Steel, Tool Steel, High Speed Steel and a number of Powder Metallurgy Grades.

With the use of our Jones and Shipman CNC grinding machines we have the ability to grind intricate forms and profiles, including combinations of Radii, serrations, and angles to very fine tolerances.

Our in-house machining facilities allow us to manufacture complex Special purpose jigs and fixtures to grind irregular shaped components in various different material grades and specifications.

Our Horizontal Spindle Snow Grinding Machines are used for the preparation of stock prior to additional machining processes and have a work holding area of 300mm x 1000mm.
